Jose Marcano Belisario has experience leading both clinical and economic systematic reviews in a range of therapeutic areas to health technology assessment standards. Before joining RTI-HS, Jose worked at the National Guideline Alliance developing National Institute of Health and Care Excellence clinical guidelines and in academic departments conducting health services research.
