Lindsey Norcross has expertise in the evaluation, selection, and development of patient-reported outcome measures and other clinical outcome assessments (COAs) to support clinical trials. She has extensive experience with qualitative research and has designed and conducted research studies involving patients, caregivers, clinicians, and key opinion leaders. Ms. Norcross is skilled in the conduct of literature reviews and gap analyses; participant recruitment; training and liaising with clinical sites; data collection, analysis, and reporting; and dissemination of research findings through posters and publications. Her work has addressed diverse therapeutic areas, including oncology, obesity, inflammatory bowel disorders (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), and RSV as well as rare diseases such as sickle cell disease, acromegaly, and myotonic dystrophy. In addition, Ms. Norcross has extensive experience developing briefing documents and COA evidence dossiers to support regulatory submissions for the US Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency.
