Marci Clark is an established scientist with more than 2 decades of clinical outcomes assessment (COA) research experience within the global pharmaceutical and consulting industries.  She has expertise in the evaluation, selection, development, validation and usability testing of COA measures focused on disease symptoms, health-related quality of life, treatment satisfaction, and inhaler device preference. In her senior role at RTI HS, Dr. Clark brings skills in developing evidence dossiers and briefing books to support successful drug product labeling based on both novel and existing COA measures consistent with Food and Drug Administration guidance criteria. Over the course of her career, Dr. Clark has worked in several common and rare disease areas, including but not limited to, respiratory, dermatology, rhinology, oncology, osteoarthritis, women's health, diabetes, insomnia, Parkinson's disease, heart failure, stuttering, Cushing's disease, mucopolysaccharidosis IIIA (Sanfilippo Syndrome Type A), and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.  Dr. Clark has presented research at both clinical and outcomes research-related national meetings.  She has also co-authored peer-reviewed publications in multiple disease areas summarizing the most important aspects of the patient experience and the development and/or measurement properties of the COA tools that assess them.
