Mirline Milien has experience in protocol development, the conduct of qualitative interviews across a range of therapeutic areas and ages, participant recruitment, data analysis, and development of institutional review board documents. To learn more about the patient experience in her clinical practice, Ms. Milien led and participated in the design and implementation of qualitative research. In her current role at RTI-HS, Ms. Milien brings her experience as a clinician, qualitative research experience, and understanding of the human experience in healthcare. Ms. Milien joined RTI-HS after several years of working as an occupational therapist treating adults with various neurological conditions (i.e., cerebral vascular accident, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease). While working as an occupational therapist, she completed research on patient experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
