Daniele Bregantini has more than a decade of research experience in mathematical modelling and economic appraisals of healthcare technologies. He develops decision-analytic models and performs statistical analysis in his role at RTI-HS and has led the cost-effectiveness evaluation of several large implementation trials funded by the National Health Service. Before entering consultancy, Dr. Bregantini worked as an academic in the Universities of Leeds, Liverpool, and York, where he pursued research in the areas of evidence extrapolation, uncertainty modelling, and probabilistic assessment of healthcare technologies. He worked in disease areas such as nephrology, allergy, breast cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and obstetrics. His research has been presented at various conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals such as National Institute for Health and Care Research Programme Grants for Applied Research and the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control.
