Tom Clemmet develops cost-effectiveness, budget-impact, and epidemiology models to support health technology assessment submissions, product launches, and other strategic goals. He has worked in a range of therapeutic areas, including diabetes, oncology, multiple sclerosis, dermatology, amyloidosis, narcolepsy, and population health screening, and is proficient in conducting modelling and statistical analysis using Excel, VBA, R, and STATA. Mr. Clemmet’s graduate dissertation, which was completed while on placement with the Manchester Centre for Health Economics, explored the suitability of different statistical methods for estimating general population baseline utilities from a large survey database.
